Preaching Minister—April 2018 to April 2025

Lindside Christian Church—Lindside, WV My responsibilities included preaching, teaching, visitation, and the administration of the church office and calendar. The congregation was very engaged in the community, and I had the privilege and opportunity to represent them in this capacity in a variety of ways.

Preaching Minister—April 2014 to July 2017

Ligonier Church of Christ—Ligonier, IN
My responsibilities included preaching, teaching, visitation, youth ministry, and administration of the church office and calendar. I was involved in local community organizations and with other congregations as well.

Bloomington Christian Church – Byrdstown, TN
My responsibilities included preaching, teaching, visitation, and the administration of the church office and calendar. The congregation was very engaged in the community, and I had the privilege and opportunity to represent them in this capacity in a variety of ways.

Lead Minister--February 2008 to October 2011

Seymour Heights Christian Church – Seymour, TN
I was called to follow the former minister who had retired after serving there 27 years. In addition to the normal duties of the Preaching Minister I was responsible for leading a staff of seven. The primary challenge given to me by the elders was to help the congregation transition from a traditional model of ministry to a more contemporary model. There were many challenges.

New Churches of Christ Evangelism – Vestaburg, MI
My responsibilities included growth and development of the overall ministry, establishing new church planting objectives, donor development, finding and coaching new church planters, and building relationships with supporting churches. I also oversaw and managed the annual budget of more than $500,000.

My responsibilities included staff development, the administration of the facilities, as well as preaching, teaching, and other pastoral duties as needed.
