Additional Experience

I have served as Dean for 24 weeks of church camp and on the faculty for more than 31 others. I have been privileged to speak for several of our Christian Colleges, conferences, youth conventions, the Northmen, and several revival meetings. I have served on the Board of Directors for Lake James Christian Assembly, Woodburn Christian Children’s Home, Rock Lake Christian Assembly, and New Churches of Christ Evangelism. I taught math and science for one year at New Hope Christian School in Hillsdale, Michigan. I also served as President of the 2006 Michigan Christian Convention. I also taught a class in church administration at Great Lakes Christian College as an adjunct professor.

My Family

My greatest strength for life and ministry comes from my family. My wife, Stephanie, and I have been married for 38 years. We have three children. Our son Caleb and his wife Memorey have five beautiful daughters and a son. Caleb serves as the preaching minister at Bethel Christian Church, Conyers, GA. Our oldest daughter Michal Ruth is an artist and served as a missionary in Bangkok, Thailand for nine years and is now living in Ashville, TN. Where she serves as a children’s minister and physical trainer. Our youngest daughter Hadassah has also served as a missionary in Zimbabwe, Africa and now lives in King, NC. She and her husband, Len Tillman have four children.

Hobbies

My hobbies include woodworking, hunting, fishing, camping, gardening, and enjoying my ten grandchildren!
